Booking Guidance
Last updated: August 2026
General guidance only
This page gives general booking guidance and does not replace the final written booking agreement. Event-specific terms, quote details, safety requirements and document status will be confirmed in writing after David has reviewed your enquiry.
1. Enquiries First
The website is designed to start a booking enquiry. Sending an enquiry through the contact or booking form does not confirm a booking, reserve a date or create an automatic contract.
Direct bookings are confirmed only after written agreement between Quantuum Fire and the client. A written booking summary can be provided once package, date, venue and safety details are agreed.
2. Quotes and Payment
Quotes are prepared manually after the event date, location, preferred show format, performer count and practical requirements are understood.
No payment is taken on this website. Any deposit, balance or payment instruction will be confirmed directly in writing after the event-specific booking details and reviewed terms are ready.
3. Practical Event Details
David may ask for practical details before recommending a package, preparing a quote or drafting a booking summary. Helpful details include:
- event date, venue name and location;
- event type, audience size and likely schedule;
- whether the performance is indoors, outdoors or mixed;
- venue permission or restrictions affecting fire performance;
- access, parking, changing space and production contacts.
4. Fire Safety and Site Suitability
Fire performance is subject to suitable site conditions, weather, venue permission and safety review. The final show format, performance area and audience layout are reviewed around the actual event context.
Details that may affect suitability include:
- available performance space and audience distance;
- surface type, overhead clearance, foliage, decor or nearby structures;
- stewarding, crowd control, children, animals or traffic nearby;
- fuel preparation area and venue fire restrictions;
- wind, rain and outdoor contingency options.
Quantuum Fire must retain the operational right to adapt, delay or stop the fire element where site, weather, crowd or venue conditions are unsafe.
5. Documents
Risk assessment and insurance documents can be supplied when the package, venue and event context are known. Document versions and any outstanding venue requirements should be checked before the booking is treated as ready.
6. Changes, Cancellation and Weather
Changes, cancellation, postponement, unsafe weather and unsuitable site conditions will be handled through the final written booking agreement. This page does not set final deposit, refund, cancellation, liability or force majeure terms.
7. Media, Privacy and Legal Terms
Photography, filming, data protection, liability, complaints and governing-law wording should be confirmed in reviewed event-specific terms before being relied on.
Please use this page as a planning guide only. It is not final legal wording.
